Among our latest acquisitions, we are pleased to announce the installation of a new Pressurized Booth for liquid coating.

This custom-designed tool, created by our technical team, ensures exceptional results for products that require extreme attention to detail and flawless finishes. The booth is equipped with cutting-edge technologies to deliver the highest quality and precision.

Liquid Coating: The Technology Behind the Success

Our liquid coating process in the pressurized booth uses high-quality spray guns, such as the Anest-Iwata Pininfarina models, featuring atomization technology, and DeVilbiss spray guns. These tools allow for the precise application of paint on the product’s surface, ensuring uniform coverage. Depending on the requirements, the coated product can undergo a curing phase in ovens at moderate temperatures, further enhancing the final quality.

Our pressurized booth allows for working with a wide range of materials, from metals to non-conductive materials such as plastic. This flexibility offers tailored solutions to our customers, including the ability to mask specific areas of a product. For instance, in cases where components have areas with functional requirements for electrical conductivity, or when particular aesthetic or thickness specifications are needed, certain areas can be excluded from the coating process.
